If you have a vision, this meditation will teach you how to somatically FEEL the sensations and emotions that you are being called to. So many of us chase goal after goal, but don't actually know how to enjoy what we acheive when we acheive it. This meditation will teach you how. Before you begin, reflect on a goal or vision that you have in your life. Allow your mind to relax. Just listen and notice what visuals and sensations you experience. You can consider the guided meditation is connected more with your soul than it is to your brain.
