This hip/shoulder mobility flow is super fun! Get creative with your props. The easiest prop to use is a chair, but you can also use a countertop, a stool, or stack things up and get creative and stack things up! (As you'll see Layla doing.)
There is no hands-on floor work in this series, so feel free to do this outside, at an airport, in the kitchen, or anywhere you need to! Heads Up, the video footage of this class is mirrored so you can visually follow instructions more easily when Layla teaches hip internal/external rotation.
Feel free to keep your chair/support prop close by the whole time if you need help balancing.
