The intention of this class is to inspire awe. The class physically focuses on strength building, lower back opening, and hip mobility. You may want to grab a pillow or folded blanket to place under your knee for the crescent moon mobility series (I'll cue you when to get it) if you experience any tenderness in the knee. It's worth the time to grab it!
The class will leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and open. Enjoy this stunning view as you take the class. Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, California.
