  • Yoga for Ab Strength

    This class is an abdominal strengthening series. Create a strong core to support your spine and alleviate pain.

  • Yoga to Inspire Awe

    This sculpt class includes guided meditation, strength building (squats, yoga, bridge lifts, abs, push-ups/bicep curls, upper back strength), slow stretching & a body connection/centering integration.

  • Presence & Lower Body Strength
