Yoga for the Spine
Strength & Mobility Yoga

37m
This yoga for the spine video starts with low-impact slow & targetted spinal mobility drills. These drills include warm-ups for the wrists, super slow cat cows (spinal extension/flexion), and isometric internal engagement for improved long-term mobility.
Layla walks you through why we slow down to learn these drills, and offer alternative modifications, as needed. Let us know how these drills feel for you!
The second portion of the class is a low-impact yoga flow to lengthen the muscles and relax the nervous system.
The class also includes guided meditations so you can tune into the wisdom of your spine.
You will feel ZENNED OUT after this one. <3
